Dr. Funk's financial team cater to our patient's needs and offer various finance programs. We accept many different dental insurance plans and offer outside financing through Care Credit, Citi Health Card, or Chase Health Advantage. Some of the plans are 12 months, interest free. Please ask for further details.
Chase Health Advance Financing Options:
Flexible payment plans 6-24 months interest free apply online or in the office.
